Scope and contact

This policy describes the Sereno Q early-access landing page and waiting list. For questions or privacy requests, email tony@serenoq.com.

Information you provide

When you request early access, we collect your name and email address, optional company and phone number, preferred language and page language. The submission includes your Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal and any do-not-sell-or-share preference. Formspree receives the submission and records information needed to process it, including its date. Please do not send sensitive personal information through this form.

How we use it

We use these details to manage the early-access list, respond to your request and contact you about Sereno Q access and launch. Submission does not start a trial, create a paid account or authorize a charge. You can ask us to stop contacting you by emailing tony@serenoq.com.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare Pages hosts this landing page. When you submit the form, your details go directly to Formspree, which processes and stores submissions for Sereno Q and sends the configured notification to tony@serenoq.com. Authorized Sereno Q personnel can access these submissions in Formspree and the notification mailbox. This site does not maintain its own contact database. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by applicable law.

Browser storage and technical information

This landing page does not load analytics or advertising trackers, or set third-party cookies. It stores your language and privacy preference in browser storage and uses a first-party cookie to remember a do-not-sell-or-share choice. Form data is sent to Formspree only when you submit it, without including browser credentials in that request. Cloudflare and Formspree may process technical information such as IP addresses, spam-prevention information and delivery records to operate and protect their services.

GPC and your choices

We treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request not to sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We honor the browser signal and the Sec-GPC request header without requiring an account. A privacy preference is saved for this browser and recorded with a form submission. You can also use /do-not-sell. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove a saved preference; an active GPC signal continues to apply.

Retention and requests

We retain your contact details while needed to manage early access and launch communications, unless you request deletion earlier, subject to applicable legal obligations. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, or opt out of sale or sharing, without discrimination. Email tony@serenoq.com from the address used to register; we may request proportionate verification before disclosing or changing a record. Authorized agents may contact the same address.

Updates

This policy may be updated as Sereno Q develops. Material changes to how this landing page handles information will be reflected here. The product may have additional terms and notices at launch.
